- Ｑ.Can I check-in early or extend my check-out time?
- We're truly sorry, we are unable to accommodate these requests. Our hotel must clean and prepare for the next guests to arrive, therefore, we ask all our guests to check-in at 16:00. We are able to accept your luggage before the check-in time. Our check-out time is 10:30 and the rooms will be serviced, however, if you require to extend about an hour, we are able to accommodate this request.

- Check-in is at 16:00, check-out at 10:30. We will accept your luggage prior to check-in time.
- Ｑ.What type of amenities or items are in the room?
- We have television, telephone, electrical stand, mirror stand, tea set, personal safe, hair dryer, yukata, and slippers. In the washing area, there are a bath towel, face towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor and tissue box.
- Ｑ.Can I smoke in the room?
- No, all rooms are non-smoking.
- Ｑ.Is there internet in the room?
- There is Kyoto Wi-Fi and Free Wi-Fi available in all the rooms.
- Ｑ.Is there a curfew?
- Yes, the curfew is at 12:00 mighnight.
- Ｑ.Are there parking spaces?
- Yes, there is a parking fee of 1,000 yen per each car.
- Ｑ.Do you rent cars?
- We used to offer this service, however, due to illegal parking and incidents of theft, we no longer rent cars. There is a bicycle rental service about a 7-minute walk from our hotel.
- Ｑ.Do you accept credit cards?
- Yes, we do. There are certain type of cards we don't accept, so please ask our staff.
- Ｑ.Do you take our luggage before check-in or after check-out?
- We do accept your luggage prior to check-in time.
We are able to accept your luggage after check-out only on normal business days. We also offer delivery service to your next destination or to the Kyoto Station.
- Ｑ.Can I ship my luggage prior to check-in?
- Yes, you can.
- Ｑ.Do you offer dinner service?
- We're sorry, we don't offer dinner service.
