QIs it possible to check-in early or check-out late?

A Owing to our daily cleaning and preparation schedule, we request that you check-in after 4:00pm.
Before you check-in, we can only accept luggage for temporary storage.
While check-out time is set at 10:30am, it is possible to extend check-out by an hour to 11:30am.

QWhat amenities are available in the rooms?

AEach room comes with a television, phone, desk lamp, dresser, tea set (hot water, tea leaves, and a teapot), a basic lockbox, hairdryer, bathrobes, and slippers.
In the washrooms and bathrooms, there are bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shavers, tissues, and other amenities.

QIs smoking allowed?

ASmoking is prohibited inside the hotel.

QDo the rooms have internet access?

AA free Wi-Fi service, KYOTO Wi-Fi, is available to use in all of the rooms.

QIs the entrance always open?

AWe lock the entrance at 12:00am midnight.

QIs there parking space available?

AThere is space for a single vehicle for ¥1,000.
Please let us know if you’re coming by car when you make your reservation.

QAre there bicycles available for rent?

AWhile we used to rent out bicycles, due to past issues with illegal parking and theft, we do not currently provide this rental service.
We recommend using the rental cycles available nearby, a seven-minute walk from the hotel.

QCan I pay with a card?

AWe do accept credit cards, although some cards do not work on our system.

QCan luggage be stored at the hotel before check-in or after check-out?

ATemporary luggage storage is available.

QIs it possible to order meals at night?

AUnfortunately we do not provide dinner service, but we can recommend dining options in the neighbourhood.
